CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND POLICE ACT 2001

Alcohol Consumption in Designated Public Places Order 200-

The ------------ Council (in this Order called “the council”) hereby make the following Order under Section 13(2) of the said Act:

1. The land described in the Schedule below and/or shown on the map attached to this Order, being a public place in the area of the Council which is a public space in which the consumption of alcohol has been associated with disorder, nuisance or annoyance to members of the public or a section of the of the public, is herby designated for the purposes of Section 13(2) of that Act.
   
2. This Order may be cited as the Alcohol Consumption in Designated Public Places for the area of ------------ Order (No--) 200- and shall come into force on -----------.
