Content of summary and publication of Statement and Summary

Availability of the Statement and charges

Landlords must have available for inspection the Statement of Policy and procedures and provide copies at their principal office. They must also be able to produce the statement if requested without undue delay.

Preparation and provision of Summary

The summary should cover the policies and procedures outlined in the Statement. The purpose of the summary is to provide information to tenants, residents and other interested parties on the landlord's anti-social behaviour policies and procedures in a clear and accessible format.
