Offender profiling & targeting

This presents some of the findings from research into how street robbers work and think. From interviews with convicted offenders, reports and focus groups, the presenters profile drug users, young offenders, their targets, the nature of the attack and whether violence is used. Details of a project to reduce attacks on those using Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) by marking a personal space area around the ATM were also given.
