Branding The Home Office is currently promoting use of the “Crime Let’s Bring it Down’ logo, encouraging the use of this across all related Government and wider partner anti-crime initiatives. The rationale behind this is to ensure that all crime reduction initiatives are highly visible to the public and to ensure that action being taken to cut crime is easily recognised. Evidence suggests that the visibility of such activity has a reassuring effect and can have an impact on fear of crime.
