The Cabinet Office’s role is to support the Government’s delivery and reform programme.
Cabinet Office Social Exclusion Unit
The Social Exclusion Unit was set up by the Prime Minister in December 1997 to help to improve Government action to reduce social exclusion by producing 'joined up solutions to joined up problems'. Most of its work is related to specific projects, chosen by the Prime Minister in consultation with other Ministers and interested groups.

Office of the Deputy Prime Minister
