National Community Safety Plan

The National Community Safety Plan (NCSP) sets out the Government's community safety priorities for 2006-2009. The NCSP sets out the importance of placing people at the centre of public services and places a requirement on all institutions - from central Government to individual neighbourhoods - to work together to ensure local problems are tackled responsibly and effectively.
