Crime & Disorder Act Review
The Home Office has published a list of Frequently Asked Questions on the current review of the Crime & Disorder Act, on topics such as structures, delivery, mainstreaming and national standards. You can see the full list, together with their answers, on the CDA review page below.
Personal safety information for people with learning difficulties
Findings from an NHS national survey of adults with learning difficulties in England 2003/04 suggested that one in three people said that they did not feel safe either in their homes, their local areas or using public transport. And that nearly one in ten people said that they had been the victim of crime over the year prior to the survey. A new guide on personal safety has been written, targeted at this group.
