Data Collection Tool

Following the review of the PPO Performance Support Framework the Home Office have developed a new version of the Data Collection Tool. This has been significantly enhanced to respond to feedback from PPO schemes and Government Offices regarding the usability of the previous tool. Please note: every quarter a new version of the collection tool is released. It is important that returns are provided on the correct form.
