Conference Materials and Reports

Improving partnership performance 13 April 2007

The overall aim of the day was to share information with each other about how all partnerships could drive up their performance and to identify how the central Home Office, through and with Government Offices and the team in the Welsh Assembly Government, could support them to do so.

The main elements were:

  • Context
setting out the context of the work programme with the 44 priority partnerships and the renewed drive to deliver PSA 1

  • Actions
outlining the work underway with the 44

  • Lessons learned
Identifying what lessons and approaches are transferable to other partnerships

  • Sustainability
clarifying how this targeted work should and could have a sustainable positive impact on partnerships and their communities
