What single factor contributed to the success of the project?

"The speed with which this community came together and worked as a team to achieve their goals. Community cohesion meant we had an effective and powerful local voice to puch for improvements in a short time frame."

What was the biggest lesson learnt?

"Expectations need to be managed constantly. Such a big project required a large capital spend, and getting the wheels in motion can always seem a slow process to an external viewer . Residents were constantly asking for progress reports and saw a lack of progress in a negative light."
