Assigning clear responsibility

  1. Crime and Disorder Partnerships identify a named person in each LA district to co-ordinate action on anti-social behaviour.
  2. Crime and Disorder Partnerships audit and build a picture of anti-social behaviour in their locality including services currently being provided and costs.
  3. Local Crime and Disorder Partnerships set in place strategies to improve the recording of racist incidents.
  4. Crime and Disorder Partnerships include anti-social behaviour as a separate element of their strategy.
  5. Crime and Disorder Partnerships produce an annual report on progress for HO.

Prevention, enforcement, resettlement

a) Crime and Disorder Partnerships implement the comprehensive joint guidance on anti-social behaviour and the guidance on combating racial harassment issued by HO.

b) All tenancy agreements, introductory and starter tenancies include ‘no harassment’ clauses and make clear the action that will be taken if they are breached.
