Definitions

Drug markets fall into many different types. These can be most accurately described according to the National Intelligence Model (NIM) as: -

  • Markets operating at Level 1. The street level.
     
  • Markets operating at Level 2, the so-called Middle Market, between importation and Level 1, which can operate cross BCU, cross police force, cross-region, or within any of these.
