Action by other partners

Partners in multi-agency partnerships such as DAT’s and CDRP’s have a wide range of actions they can carry out to tackle local supply. These can impact on both supply and demand  (and on drug related Ant-social behaviour) and include:

Action to control the behaviour of individuals in their housing environment

Action to regenerate disadvantaged communities

Action to reduce supply and use of drugs in clubs

Action to impact and reduce street behaviour that relates to drugs

Action to tackle homelessness

Education and diversity work with young people

Linking treatment with enforcement
