This toolkit aims to provide Drug Action Teams and crime reduction partnerships with practical tools to enable them to make lasting reductions in drug supply in their areas.

In order for this toolkit to remain relevant it has to keep pace with innovation and the constantly changing challenge of drug related crime.

There will be areas where you think this toolkit can be improved. New projects that you have introduced and evaluated, or applications recommended here that failed for whatever reason, are useful to enable us to improve this toolkit.

The Crime Reduction Knowledge Base http://search.crimereduction.gov.uk is situated on the Crime Reduction Web site. The Crime Reduction College manages the Knowledge Base.

Part of the function of the team at the College is to feed the ideas and suggestions from the Knowledge Base into the toolkits review process. This is an interactive service and its value lies in being able to keep right up to date with all of the latest information, your information.
