Home Office Service Delivery Agreement

In July 2000, the Government published its high level objectives and targets in new Public Sector Agreements (PSAs), as part of the outcome of the 2000 Spending Review. The Home Office Aim 1 is to achieve a “reduction in crime, particularly youth crime, and in the fear of crime; and the maintenance of public safety and good order”.
