The following suggested stages of development may be subject to change locally to meet local circumstances. The core audit team may wish to consider providing interim reports to the partnership agencies on progress or in areas in which their assistance or clarification is required. This may help avoid problems at final draft stage and minimise any claims of lack of involvement by individual partners.
