Contracting Out Consultation

Partnerships should plan for all consultation activities required during all five stages (pre-audit, audit, post-audit/strategy development, implementation/action plans, and review) of the three-year cycle, as many activities should ideally be ongoing. It may also be useful to consider consultation together with the audit (especially if both are contracted out).
