Providing Information

  • There is a rich source of short term funding opportunities for project work. These opportunities are often announced at short notice. An accurate, up to date audit will provide the data to enable the Partnership to apply for additional, external funds. Increasingly, funding bodies are demanding that schemes fit the local problem and they require sound evidence of this. A multi-agency Audit will benefit all agencies in this task.

  • The Audit can be used to help inform the public of the true extent of local crime and disorder problems. Help provide accurate data for awareness raising campaigns. Information can be supplied to groups on a regular basis to help them tackle problems and reallocate their resources.

Provide data to respond to local crime news stories. Enabling Partnerships to be proactive rather than reactive.
