Code of Practice on Reporting & Recording Racist Incidents

This was published in April 2000 by the Racist Incidents Standing Committee. It provides guidelines for local agencies to establish effective procedures and comprehensive systems for the reporting and recording of racist incidents and suggested action to help victims of racism and to deal with perpetrators appropriately. It also encourages information sharing between agencies.
