This document provides guidance for Neighbourhood Warden schemes on the completion of the Scheme Implementation Plan (SIP) template. It should be read in conjunction with the SIP template, a copy of which is provided in Annex B. Annex A provides a checklist of essential scheme elements that need to be considered by scheme managers.
