-
Offenders on whom the courts have requested a pre-sentence report
-
Offenders on community rehabilitation orders; community punishment and rehabilitation orders or released on licence from prison
-
Hostel residents who are subject to an order or licence
-
Offenders on community punishment orders
-
Hostel residents on bail
Probation Service Roll Out
Staff from the Durham probation area have been trained to use OASys and have begun to put it to use. Four other probation areas: Kent, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire will begin implementation of OASys early in 2002.
All probation areas will be implementing the paper version of OASys and are in the process of preparing for local implementation.
